Extruded Starch/Rice Vermicelli Noodle Production Line
Heshan® extruders adopt the fast mounting diet plate assembly which can be replaced in 10 minutes, while most of our competitions need to take about one hour to accomplish the mission.
We make a serial of extruders with different specialized designs so that they can handle almost all kinds of grain flours to make a large variety of Asian vermicelli noodles, Indian rice ada flakes, wheat flour ramen, and even Italian spaghetti and macaroni pasta.
Instant Rice Vermicelli Production Line
We provide extrusion process, self-cooking extrusion process and sheet spreading process for you to select. The extrusion process is suitable for modern large scale production of instant rice noodles while self-cooking extrusion process is appropriate for smaller scale equipment, and sheet spreading process produces instant rice noodles that taste just like the hand-made traditional rice noodles.
We make the instant rice noodle production line that can make fine Vietnamese instant rice vermicelli and the processing line that makes wide and flat Cantonese instant Ho Fun noodles.
Fresh Rice Jelly Noodle (Ho Fun) Machines
You can use Heshan® Stone Mills instead our stainless mills of industrial era to make super smooth traditional Cantonese style rice jelly noodles.
The process is fully automatic.
This fresh rice noodle production line can make fresh rice noodles, rice rolls and Lai Fun rice noodles.
Automatic Fresh Lai Rice Noodle Production Line
Our automatic fresh rice jelly noodle production line (rice noodle machine) makes lai rice noodles, also known as Laksa rice noodles, Asam rice noodles, Katong Laksa rice noodles, or Udon rice noodles. Firstly the rice is soaked in the soaking tanks; and then the rice is sent to the rice noodle machine miller to prepare a rice slurry; thirdly, the slurry is extruded from the self-heated lai rice noodle machine extruder to form round shaped lai rice noodles; finally the lai noodles are cooked in a steamer, quenched in cold water after steaming and the lai noodles are ready for packaging.
